Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 gr of plain creamy yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of moringa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 4 nuts
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 handful of blueberries or raspberries

Grate the chocolate into small flakes, peel and mix the nuts, add all the ingredients to the yogurt, stirring lightly and pour into two bowls.

Leave a few blueberries and a few chocolate chips aside for decoration.
