Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pears
- 2 oranges
- 1 tangerine
- 1 tablespoon of moringa flour
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 pinch of ginger
Peel and cut the pears, oranges and tangerine into pieces. Put the fruits and other ingredients in the blender, adding 150 ml of water. Mix for a few seconds until you obtain a velvety cream to drink immediately.
The mixture can vary depending on the season with bananas, kiwis or apples. The water can be replaced with orange juice.
